    You can figure out what is in most of the additives pretty easily.

    Lucals oil stabilizer for one is standard 50 weight? oil with soap additive.

      No Surprise, it's what I figured, but thought I'd ask. I did have a POS way back in 1979 that would run better with STP oil treatment, at least for a few days!

        STP is a great additive it has ZDDP in it. (zinc)
