I have been planning a new engine for the Torino and I want piece of mind knowing its done right the first time.

Anyone know any shops in the DFW area that are experienced with big block Fords? This isn't a generic iron head rebuild, its an Aluminum headed stroker that should make close to 800hp on pump gas.

I live literally walking distance to Well's Racing here in D'ville but last time I talked to them about building a BBF they looked at me like I just raped their cat.

but they will do a good job on whatever you want to build.

i needed a crank turned, and dennis wells wouldn't turn it how i needed it turned, so i went else where and got it turned exactly like i needed.

It's wells way or no way, right or wrong.

So no buisness from me.

talked to him 5 minutes about the crank, and in that five minutes, he sold me on never using him or his buisness.

i would go to blaines before i ever went to dennis wells. he has proved himself no better.

I wanted a crank turned, and he would not turn it the way i was willing to pay him to turn it, so i payed some one else to turn it to my exact specifications. He was trying to sell me on a standard .010/.010 when i didn't need it turned .010/.010, and refused to turn it any other way. I will got to blaines for that kind of shit.

Took it else where, and they didn't cry about it like dennis did.

They asked what my spec's were, cut the crank exactly how i asked, and it mic'd to my exact specification's. exactly what i asked for is what i got. They were happy to take my money, and have been happy with my money ever sense.

I knew dennis was an idiot when he refused to build a limited modified motor with a Q~jet on top. would only run a 500cfm 2 barrel holley.

That was until i blew his wig back with a Q~jet i built, on a motor he built on his own dyno.
