Stock was .054. we always closed it up a bit when we started adding parts and creating more cylinder pressure. I would go with .040

he had ngk plugs ( I will have to get the number later) and had them gapped at .045. I asked him if he chose this or were they tuned to that and he said he chose those plugs and that gap. I did a quick google search and on here and didn't find anything that help. Does the gap sound right?

Regarding the bad gas, as long as it won't hurt the engine, i'd rather burn the gas off driving it and taking it easy than adding some additive. Is this safe?

So can I just idle the car till the bad gas runs out? It runs and idles great. Also anybody wanna trouble shoot why the oil pres gauge works but doesn't illuminate and the water temp gauge doesn't do either on the pod?
