  • What clutch??

I've asked this before, but I didn't get a straight answer. My parents need to know so they can get it before christmas. T-45 Stock tranny. Which clutch is easiest on the transmission?

Duralast was really my only option for a clutch on my t-bird. It's actually holding up fairly well lol.

Personally, I ran a King Cobra in my t45 and had no complaints.

You also need a new throw-out bearing.

I have used these 3 with success= Center Force DF, spec stage 1&2, and believe it or not ford motorsport. The king cobra has a little bigger fingers on the pressure plate for more holding power than the regular Motorsport but both are good for the money.I can say do not buy a Hayes, Fidanza, or borg warner. I like the Center Force Dual Friction for the money and held up to 500lbs of torque no problem and has a light pedal effort. Hope this helps.
