  • rear end question

Took the stang out today for a little drive, it drove nice but when I was coming home I turned right floored it and it sounded like the gear had slipped out, i heard a grinding noise and I wasn't accelerating any, what would cause this? It hasnt happened when going straight yet

sounds to me more like a shifter/user problem than an issue with the diff.

Sounds like you were spinning the shit out of the right rear. Which would mean the center section is burnt up.
