  • Cat pissed in the car

My daughter tried to save a stray cat - in return for picking up the Cat - it pissed somewhere in the car ..... now 12 months later and many air fresheners and even a couple of interior cleanings, the car still has a bad smell ....

Anyone with idea's on how to neutralize the smell?

Go to a pet store & buy stuff made specifcally for removing pet urine orders from carpet.

I bougth this stuff online about 10 years ago & it worked quite well.

There is some stuff called Kids and Pets that you can get at wal mart that works really well. Ive used it in the house several times but not in the car but Im sure it would work just as well.

I'm pretty sure fire is the only way to actually remove the smell

Get used to the smell. Tattoos are less permanent.

Don't listen to anyone here, you need to go to Cobb's Carpet Supply and get a live enzyme to actually "eat" the urine. That is the only way you will ever get rid of the smell other than replacing whatever came in contact with the urine.
                    Wanna see my care face???

This is true but may take several applications.

I found the enzymatic stuff to be only partially effective.

Walmart sells some enzyme stuff that works.

Kill the cat and the smell will go away.
