head and intake question

Wondering if you guys think a Systemax intake and AFR 185 on a Dart (big bore) based 363 will make 400-450rwhp. I know its a pretty general question but the reason I ask is because I think I'm finally ready to have a short block built. I know its not practical to have the engine built around the heads but that is why I'm asking. I could very easily sell the heads and intake and replace with something more adequate for my HP goals. The heads were first intended for a Dart based 347 but since I can get the 363 for roughly the same $, I think I might want to go with the extra cubes.
