Started with 500/523.
Went from .68 AR turbo housing and 3in DP and single exhaust to
.81 AR, 3.5in DP and 4in single exhaust.
1st run was 538/545...not a bad gain for $300 in parts and a little elbow grease!

Runs went down as heat soak kicked in, but curve is rediculously smooth!

Max boost is 13psi at about 4800 where TQ levels off at 514 and stays flat till 6K!(Heat soaked numbers)

What turbo set up do you have?

It's not an off the shelf kit.
EBay 4v Hot-side (tweaked)
Masterpower T-70 .81 Turbo
Down pipe fabbed with 3.5" mandrel bends
4" single exhaust pipe with Full Boar 18" deisel bullet muffler dumped
Tial 44mm wastegate with 7lb spring and manual adjuster

Cold side is eBay 2.5" universal kit with aluminum intercooler
50mm blow off valve
4" daimeter sample tube I made with a mandrel U-bend, length of pipe and weld on MAF block
Cooling Mist trunk mount meth injection kit.

Drive train is a 99 Teksid aluminum block cobra motor with Mahle 16cc pistons and probe rods with stock everything else in it.
T56 from an 04 Cobra
IRS from an 03 Cobra with 355s.
