Its possible, just man up! I had a set of 18's briefly on my SS with that size tire. -
I run 305's on an 18x9.5 wheel with zero issues. ON my 3rd set already.Comment

The tires were free(used off the back end of a Viper) and my brother was a tire-monkey at the time - so we wrestled them onto the rim and threw them on the back of my 77 Chevy LWB.
