09 Fusion belt change

Ok ford techs, what is the skinny on replacing the belt on these? 4 banger with 51k on its original belt. When it's warm out, it makes a short 1 second squeak upon start up (cold start up). Will not do it after its ran awhile or when it's cold. Sound like a worn belt to me.

The engine bay is so tight so what is the he's route in replacing?

Replace the tensioner too. Its easier to do from the bottom.

Definately do it from the bottom and replace the tensioner as mentioned already

Just do it from the bottom and save some time.

Yep right splash shield gotta go. Pretty easy then.
