Have a 70 mm throttle body that is whistling like crazy. I was told you can drill a small hole in the throttle body blade. And what size hole should I drill this hole. I put a 65mm on it and went away.

you can drill the small hole, 1/8", but most of the time the hole is intended to remedy idle surging. I had a BBK once that did this. I took it off and slightly smoothed out the edges of the holes for the IAC and the vacuum elbow. seemed to work cus it never whistled again.Originally posted by juic3d View PostHave a 70 mm throttle body that is whistling like crazy.
