Need a new tune on my GTO

Have an 04 goat with a built motor that gets shit mileage and has a check engine light on. I'm pretty certain that this just a shitty tune and just want a better tune for the street. I don't give a shit about a dyno and I can't have it there for a week. Any suggestions close to south dallas?
