Sell what ya got, go buy a single cab f-350 with straight front axle 1 ton drive train....all you need is lift and tires.....even put a locker in the rear.....good to go.

I like that idea but single cab. F350s are few and far between.... If I could find one for the cost of the swap I would think about it
