Buy some pag oil and clean out your compressor. Pour in, rotate by hand and pour out. Change the o rings to green on top of compressor. Pour 2 oz of pag oil into condensor, 2 into firewall evap core ( after flushing) and 4oz into the compressor. Also good idea to put some dye into compressor for future leaks. Oil all your o rings prior to assembly.

The bigger and the more air you move across the condenser the better it will cool.Originally posted by TEAMJACOB View Posti am pulling the trigger on this tomorrow. it is too damn hot. do stock ac lines work with my 351 or do i need to have them made? also i read on here something about using an sn95 condensor for it to blow colder. are there any threads anywhere on replacing the whole system? i have the compressor mounted up and need everything else in the engine bay

Have you put a gauge in the vents to check the temps?Originally posted by onjacks View PostAcutally yes. It doesn't get as cold as I thought it would in 100deg heat, but at night it fn freezing. I still need to wire my ac clutch to turn on my electric fan but its no biggie.

Does your fuel rail have a center feed that you could move the fuel line to? And cap the end of the fuel rail.Originally posted by TEAMJACOB View Postok so my driver side fuel rail has a fitting that is preventing the line that runs from the compressor to the condenser from going on. any ideas?Doug
