  • Need an E7 head.

My current project is a ultra low budget rebuild of the engine for my stang to get it back on the road again after 5 years of sitting in the garage. In the quest of adding a few extra ponies I have been doing a garage port & polish job on the E7 heads. This is my first attempt at porting heads although I did a lot of reading on the subject on Al Gore's internet before getting started.

I finished the first head without issue. I got a little too aggressive trying to get the job done faster on the second head and ground through one of the intake ports into the pushrod hole. This could probably be fixed very easily but it may be better to just find another E7 head to replace it with.

Anybody got a set of E7's taking up space in the garage that you want gone? Price has to be low.

Should I try to weld this head? or otherwise repair it? The head is in good condition other than this extra hole. At this point, I have almost no time in it.

There are currently no Classified ads here or on Craigslist for E7's.

    Any help is appreciated.

I've fixed that same mess up with JB Weld. Just make sure you get it insideon both sides of the iron. Held up to 15psi boost no problem

If it doesn't work out for some reason I have a more than a few of those, I'll give you one for free.

I live in BFE though, you'd have to meet me in Sherman.
