95 t-56 need rebuilt

I just a Camaro and was wondering if anybody can't rebuild the t-56.i put it in 3 gear and it does nothing no grind, or noise it's like it's in neutral. Can any body help me out. This is the first f-body I have owned. I have a bunch of mustang parts if I can trade the parts for labor that would be awesome. Let me know what y'all think.
