.. want to help with amp/speaker box installation?

My son bought a speaker box and it needs to be wired/hooked up.

I just don't want to pay a business if I could pay an individual to get it accomplished.

I did tons of car audio stuff starting when i got my first car - why not spend an evening/afternoon with your son and make it a project? honestly wiring up the amp/power supply is the only "daunting" task.. and once you've done it once it's cake.

shit's easy...hardest part for me was getting the power supply through the firewall hah!

Use existing wiring grommets in the firewall.. Tape power wire to end of a long screwdriver and shove it thru.. Super easy

I prefer the old metal coat hanger/duct tape method.

Yeah, or a good metal fish tape, old radio antenna, etc.. we've used lots of stuff but didn't keep coat hangers in the toolboxes.
