  • Getting hot

I have a 90 5.0 hatch and it has starred getting hot me. It started last Sunday when I drove it about 10 miles with the AC on. The temp started rising when I got close to my destination. I parked and got out and when I cme back an hour later it had puked coolant. I topped it off and made it back home and flushed out the cooling system and burped it.
I let it idle in the drive way with the AC off and then it cut on and let if run for about 30 minutes. It never got above the first mark on the stock gauge. I then took it out with the ac off and it ran cool. As soon as I turned on the AC it started rising again. I made it home nd it didn't puke out any coolant. I don't think it's the fan clutch because it tight when I try to spin it cold. Thermostat is good. There isn't any trash stuck in the radiator. Any ideas?

are the cores of the radiator and condensor clean? make sure none of the fins are bent and intruding air flow across the cores.

The fins are clean. I'm fairly confident that the fan clutch I good. I'll go rent a tool from autozone and run a compression test on it to evaluate the head gasket. I'm hoping its just a radiator.
