As I said earlier, $700 comes in from the sales tax since Oklahoma doesn't do sales tax on vehicle sales.

Im not sure you want to brag about inspecting a vehicle that is more than likely not emissions compliant on a website that has an extremely large amount of law enforcement. You can easily be fined a shit ton of money and might not be a "certified state inspector" for much longer, just saying
