Nobody has suggested an eraser wheel? It should work just as well on the removed trim parts as it does on car panels. It removes the foam and the adhesive. Available at English Color and probably many other places as well.

Ronson lighter fluid is great for getting that stuff off.

Went with goof off. They have a professional grade or something like that. Anyway, it cost $6 so I went with it. Poured some on these parts and let them sit for a few minutes then I went at them with some steel wool. I probably would have had better results it I let it sit a while longer but the parts came out fine. Wasn't bad.
