where does this hose go?

Egr cooler hose. Mounts to the egr spacer. Not needed. If its bypassed leave it alone.

The pic is so small it's hard to see. If that coolant line is coming off of the hard line on the lower then it goes to the EGR spacer.

i finally started taking stuff apart and it looks like it goes to the back of the block. still cant see very well, it does come off a hard line by the way.

It doesn't go to the back of the block (at least factory it doesn't) it goes to the EGR spacer.

well both ports on the egr are broken off, so then there is a fitting that goes in lower intake that is blowing coolant out of. where does the hose for this go to?

If the exhaust gasses are not blocked from the upper intake you do need them.

nothing has ever been hooked up to the egr so thats not a problem. i dont know what this fitting is or why its leaking now but i dont know what it is or how to fix it.

Myth. You'll be fine. It just opens the opportunity for a .99 gasket to flood your engine with coolant or just seep and build up nasty sludge.

The air charge is colder then 180* so if anything it will be colder w/o the line.

Egr spacer coolant line. Not to block. There's two of them (front and back) off of the hard lines to your heater core, they connect to the egr spacer between your throttle body and intake.

Bypass or pinch and weld ports on hard line shut.

OK so there is a male fitting that screws into the lower intake with a barbed fitting on the other side. This is poring out coolant, can I block this off or does it need to go somewhere? Both fittings on the egr are broken so I know nothing was hooked up to them.
