Depends. can you grab it with some pliers?

is there any meat of the bolt sticking out?

if so, weld a nut on the end and get it out, or drill it out and re-tap the hole if you must.

i'd be very weary of using an easy out

it's probably seized in there, but you can drench it with liquid wrench, hit it with a torch and put some channel locks on it.

The bolt cannot be seen - its sunk below the lower intake.

Shit happens all the time, I would always replace them when torn down, it just happened to me on my CMC build, good thing I was pulling the heads anyway, had to pay $40 to get it removed at the machine shop.

Pull the intake off and see if you can grab it with some pliers and back it out. If not, drill it and use an easy out.

I did the right thing - I pulled off the lower intake and used an easy out-

More work , but I can sleep at night now -

I only lost about an hour or progress
