Add the Greenville location to the list. Took car in for an alignment and the kid didn't even touch the rear before pulling it off the rack and trying to give it back to me. Then had the manager trying to back the Tech up saying it was normal followed by the cost for Fieros are usually higher cause they are hard to do. The old crew they had working there was damn good but this new crew ain't worth a shit.

I've had a good service at the Firestone in Rockwall. Girl up there named Casey helped me out a couple of times. Had a car aligned there too with no problems.

They are actually scammers..Had an isue where I sent a friend in there for an alignment and they said he needed $1300 worth of front end work before they could align. Nothing was wrong with his front end cause we had just rebuilt it. Place is ran by shit heads.

I had a similar experience at Discount Wheel and Tire (local not national chain). I haven't been back and that was 10 years ago. NTB gave my girlfriend hell when she went to get her oil changed

Used Wheel and Discount tire once for an alignment which they did with no issues. But they did rip loose an intercooler line and didn't mention it but maybe they didn't notice. Even though there was a water trail from the rack to where they parked the car. Need an alignment on another car now but not much to choose from in Greenville.

Went to Mesquite Firestone off Galloway today for an alingment... 5 FUCKING HOURS LATER I'm driving back to Aledo.

That was 2 hours ago.... Good alingment , horrible wait.

A buddy of mine (Charles) works at Goodyear in Mesquite on Galloway and does very good alignment work, one of the managers (Chester)is also very knowledgeable with front end work. They both of course are great with the rest of the car too. Both are honest as the day is long.
