As stated, it's the rumble strip effect. Flush and fill with Mercon V is the most common fix.

That sounds more like rear axle, I would check your u-joints, diff gears/ring/pinion. As usual this is just a service bulletin and not an extension a warranty or a recall.
Id pop the coils out and check the boots for any cracking/dry spots as they allow moisture in around the plug causing a miss when cold. As the engine warms the moisture evaporates and the miss goes away. The shorting from the moisture will take out coils.
