Anyone know someone north of Plano, that can install a low profile lip spoiler?

Painters tape, a decent tape measure and sharp drill bits. It's a half hour job, why not do it yourself?

Never done it before. Doesn't exactly sit flush on the trunk, which is what I think will mess me up if I do it,
