? Market price on 302 and AOD

Curious what everybody thinks would be a fair price to pay for a low mileage stock 302 and Aod with efi harness and fuel lines. I'm wanting to convert my 93 2.3 and may have found a car that has what I'm looking for but was told to make an offer and have no idea what market is. I'd love to pick it all up for $500-$750 but that may be wishful thinking.

I like to sell things on the "make offer" because I can decide age an offer if we are going to be close on what we want to pay/get. I f don't think 750 is unreasonable.

$500 for engine and accys. $250 for trans

I've got running Mark VII for $400 200k miles but it doesn't leak or smoke. You need a tow though it's neither legal nor safe to drive on the road.

Depending on milage, I think $750 is fair.
