break in driving question

I see where everything says drive at variable speeds and rpms and not long distances at steady rpms. My drive to work consists of 15 minutes of stop and go and 15 to 20 minutes of 60mph. Is that too long at a steady rpm? I drove it for about 50 miles around town in stop and go traffic so far.

Sometimes when I'm driving far I redline it and do a neutral drop doing 60

I'd fluctuate that 60mph a little. Go from 55-65 for the whole 20 minutes, that should give you enough of an RPM range.

Yup, then i change the filter, and drive a little more and then change to my regular oil.

Just take it out and do a few pulls. After that change the oil and it will be fine.
