"not readys"

I got a buddy that is needing a inspection sticker. Its a '99 lightning with a turbo. There's no check engine light but has 3 not readys
-Catalyst-Not Ready
-EVAP System-Not Ready
-EGR System-Not Ready
He's reset the computer and has almost 300miles in highway and stop and go and they still won't read. Any ideas to get at least 1 to register? You are still aloud 2 correct? Its been a few years since I did inspections. Thanks in advance.

I had a somewhat similar problem and they asked if I had filled the tank up, I hadn't and something about it doesn't read unless the tank had so much (cant remember how much) fuel in the tank. Anyways filled her up drove it and passed.

Lookup a drive cycle. The tank needs to be above a quarter tank and below 3/4 tank. Catalyst failed, does the truck have a cat?
Evap not ready?
Egr not ready?
Are these turned off in a tune? No amount of driving is going to help if so.

No cat, has straight pipe from turbo back. Not sure what's turned on or off in the tune. Trucks rinning on the tune from previous owner

You will have to get a different tune. Some tunes turn the sensors off which makes them say not complete. Tuners can make an inspection tune which makes them say not available and then it will go through.
