Use the tailshaft from your old trans and use your stock stuff.

alot of the 4r tails are the same between the two, use your old ext hsg if you have to and the original driveshaft

Dont I have to replace some kind of seal or something?

no.not unless your 4r has a large dia bushing in the rear, but thats why you can use the original from the aode
