Is it possible to be pressuring up the radiator but still have 150 psi compression on all 8 cylinders

If you suspect head gasket issue you can get this to help diagnose.

No. It just blows it out the cap. I figured it was a blown gasket. Just wierd that it still shows good comp numbers. I'm ordering a set of cosmetics. They'll do fine at 5psi. Could be a bit of warp on the head or deck surface allowing combustion to push into the coolant passages but not between cylinders, hence the good compression numbers on static comp test.
