I agree with the 4.6 not as hard to fit, but the weak-link in the lightning motor is the rods
I own both a termy and a lightning, and you can probably make the power a little easier with the cobra, but for the couple grand price difference, its your call, either way, its going to be a PITA to make that 5.4 fit, LOL.

One has a built c4 all billet internals and the other has a glide. There is an 85 full caged roller and a 92 black on black full caged roller. Takes about 2 hours to drop one in and have it running.
418 on the left with the tci c4 and 347/glide on the right.
