went to houston and won true street in 96 after they gave the original driver shit for not having an NHRA license cleared for that fast of a car. So after a driver change and winning the event, they threw us out for roll bar specs......gave the win to pogue who averaged almost a second slower lol. what a joke..........

Yeah you'd think they'd tech the cars/drivers before the race. Well I guess they kind of do but then you have to go back through if you go faster than they expected, which by TS rules would eliminate you since they'll probably be opening a hood or trunk.

My fondest memory was watching Joe have to drive Keith's car since his wife was in labor. Nothing like having a 6 foot tall guy trying to drive a car built for a 5 footer. Between that and the puking fuel pump I don't know how the car made it down the track.

I wish someone would ! I never get any action in that car. I did have a red 03-04 cobra w/black wheels run me down a couple times on 78. He got done dirty, twice.
