Agreed. Track prep was very good, thanks! We had a good day untill we had a distributor problem. It sucked because we were making good ground with it. I guess next year.

im fuckin impressed if he is only running 10psi boost! thats the fastest ive seen on stock shortblock "and" cam. im guessing the stock cam was retained because of ptv clearance on the Victor Jrs. hats off to him and suspension setup.Originally posted by Jimbo View PostShit. You know its gonna have a hairdryer on it. Some people have been lucky enough to keep a stock block alive with some wicked tuning at levels well above what others fail at. Me? I crack mains running freaking twelves. lolOriginally posted by Wish4svts View PostWeight? Power? Turbo or supercharger?

Oh yea you mentioned that, AFR 185s you would think i would remember that, that is the heads i run. I was looking at some Vic jrs for sale and had a brain fart. Yea the T-brake turbo combo is a big helper on the 60fts. I look forward to seeing your car run that's impressive man. When you build a short block for it that thing is gonna fly! Continue to post progress on it.Originally posted by 93mcobra View Posti have afr 185s so thats way i had to use the stock cam, also thats was on 93octane, c4 with a brake, 3.73 gears.Last edited by fordracer2; 12-20-2011, 04:11 PM.sigpic

thanks, I was not expecting to run 6.23 on 10psi. I was expecting to run 6.50s
so Iam going to take it to the dyno and see what the hp is. may have to lower the boost so I can save the block. (66mm trubo) I dont know weight yet, just got the car done.
thanks to all
