I would like to know who your calling a expert? I just know my engine has pretty much the best you can buy, trans is best parts you can buy, my car has a very good and safe cage now. One thing I might have to check though is the wheel base my wheel base might not be correct!

Derek, I was referencing the pm's I have received but I wasn't going to call those people out on the internet. I was going to do the mature thing and talk to them Saturday as agreed upon by the four of us. They wanted to understand my point of view and I was going to share it. A couple of these guys have the cars in question and rather than showing all of our ignorance on the internet they wanted some things pointed out.

Your car is very nice and I'm not trying to take anything away from that. I know you've spent a lot of time and money and for good reason you should be proud.

Now, if you want to get into that last sentence catch me at the race too. My brother nor myself were the first ones to bring that up and if you recall it was never brought up at a race during tech.

That made me laugh I know what u are saying some worry more about speed then there life. My car is good its the best of both.

Mike, you as well as Derek above, have safe cars but you've seen a lot of the others there. I'm not saying they are all unsafe, just some (even for the 1/8th mile speeds). All I was trying to get across was that a lot of people have spent good money on horsepower but have lagged behind in the safety side of it.



And as in any racing organization it is okay to disagree with each other over many different things. Hell, we don't even have to like each other as all as we can all get along at the track for the most part. Nobody has to agree with anything I ever say.
