Well, depends, possibly only used as a test facility. I will know more soon. A name came up as a possible buyer, who tried to buy it along time ago and kenny turned them down. But I will say this, this person does own another track and he will go all out to make sure he has the best track personnel and best track prep anywhere!

Not Nick or Larry either. I can tell you this much, the bank is playing games! ^ months ago they tried to get another track owner to buy it for 1.3 mil, only reason he turned it down was the drive. Then you have Mike bid 1.5 mil and bank doesnt like it, then mike goes to 1.8. The the bank calls and states another buyer wants it for 2.8 mil. But the bank tells ken and molly they can buy it for 2.5 mil. The bank is going to screw around and lose all offers and it will close the gates and sit there. Stupid ass banks!

Okay I have heard who there saying put in the other bid. If him or mike get it they will turn it around. Just hope that if mike don't get it and the other guy does he just don't use it for testing his cars or just as a test site.
