Its very sad that he lost his life forsure,rip,but this has nothing to do with street outlaws and its just stupid as hell for you to use that as an excuse,when anyone is in a car with that kind of power street racing they forsure should be wearing belts,straps whatever it takes to keep you locked in that seat.
