East coast deep throat. I really hope that provides the Mavs with some more motivation, though I'm certain they have got all the motivation they need. I was REALLY happy to see that Dirk didn't stick around to celebrate and be interviewed. That speaks volumes to their drive and determination this season. I heard several other teammates did the exact same thing.


Now, as long as Miami doesn't have 3 extra players on the court for this series, all should be well. Given calls and everything else is equal, Mavs should have no problem whatsoever putting this Miami team away. I love what Carlisle had to say last week when he was interviewed. East coast bias is always an issue in these kinds of series. These guys know nothing about Dallas really. No word on who the refs are for game 1 yet. Should be interesting to see who they throw out there.

They were going to get beat by L.A, then the younger OKC team was going to run them ragged, etc., etc. Franky, the Mavs whipped both their asses. A 4-1 series at this level is an ass-whipping, regardless of how close the games were. I think if the Mavs could get a win tonight, it will really dictate the rest of the series.

Agreed on both parts. Two of those OKC games they shouldn't have won. But they never gave up, dug deep, and left their all on the court. Mavs teams in the past haven't done that. And yeah, 4-1 is a straight up asswhip regardless of the score.

Mavs NEED to steal one on the road, if they can't steal both. IMO, first game is as good as any. Just keep playing ball. Ignore the home cooking from the refs. You'll get your turn for all that at home.

They have been predicting the mavs to lose ever since the Portland series. MAVS IN 6. I am going to go to the watch party at aac for the sixth game. Should be pretty crazy there.

I think it's worse that 75%. The percentages may be wrong, but it sure as heck feels like 90%.

I have completely avoided ESPN and FSSW for this very reason. That shit is irritating. That said, they've all been picking against Dallas all along, so they can keep that shit up as far as I'm concerned.
