I guess the Bears are signing all the free agent Cowboys this year. Roy Williams going to Chicago looks to be a good deal. He goes back to playing under Mike Martz where he had his best years in Detroit.Los Angeles Rams 11-5
Last Game - Loss vs. San Fransisco
Up Next - vs. Atlanta

I heard Elam wanted too much money.Originally posted by Silverback View PostLooks like Jerry needs to get his negotiating skills in check, evidently Abram Elam is ready to come to Dallas, but says the money isn't there yet.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

being that they havent really signed anyone outside of Dallas, I'd say Jerry's negotiating skills aren't that well. Dallas has had a poor free agency period this week in my opinion. Outside of signing Free and Kosiar they haven't signed anyone that looks to fill a void that they need.Originally posted by Silverback View PostLooks like Jerry needs to get his negotiating skills in check, evidently Abram Elam is ready to come to Dallas, but says the money isn't there yet.Los Angeles Rams 11-5

Is it just me or is Mike Brown striving to drive that team to new lows. Frankly, I think 16-0 is very much within their grasp.Los Angeles Rams 11-5

I hope the Birds don't get Tatupu. Decent backer, but his knees are shot. With Philly's new stable of CB's the middle of the field is going to be attacked by every team they play, they need some LB's in there fast. Rookie Matthews is starting MLB right now, that's scary.Originally posted by Silverback View PostJesus, now they are saying Philly is going after Lofa Tatupu at LB.
Eagles have always let players go around ago 30 unless they are absolute superstars. Philly let the heart of their team for a decade go a few years ago in Dawkins. That one still hurts me.
They have always been frugal, never sign huge deals to tons of players, and always work the cap in a way that guaranteed $$ to the player doesn't hit the cap.
On their roster seriously think of who makes big $$. They franchised Vick, so this year he's getting a big #. Who else? Samuel makes good $$. Cole is a beast but not over paid, DeSean is only making $600K, (hence the holdout), Maclin isn't paid huge, Shady McCoy isn't paid huge, Brent Celek isn't paid big.
Who else on their roster is over paid?
It's frustrating at times watching the Eagles let go of players the fans love but they are ALWAYS in great cap shape. It's a well run ship, they are always compared to New England int his regard. They are always set up to make big moves and they finally did this year.
And Philly is going into this year with a ROOKIE FG kicker AND a ROOKIE Punter....... that's a HUGE risk.....
