One tire is still sitting up in the stands about 15 rows up. Not sure if it went through the fence and hopefully slowed down a bit (but would be very hot) or if it went over. I was taking pics until I saw car parts up higher than the fence and thought "oh shit!" Since the wreck was coming towards us just past the finish line.

Guess that was the big piece that went flying then.

from the looks of the replay the engine and a tire got caught with the catch fence. Hopefully those other big pieces didn't hit someone.

Yes he was out of the car pretty quickly. Tony Stewart was pretty subdued in the winners circle.

They just removed the engine that went through the fence (from #33 car) - hopefully that didn't hit anyone. It was on fire when it landed).#33 ended up in front of us with no front end at all.
