I don't remember where i was at when that blown catch by Cruz happened. I was disgusted by it. I couldn't sleep. Went and watched game 7 with my son and nephew at Hooters. I was still angry from game 6. Game 6 was such an emotional roller coaster, everytime its brought up it still angers me.

It should never have come down to this. It's pretty obvious that this is not the same team from the last two seasons. The pitching staff looks tired (and inadequate) most of the time, and the base-running is hideous. Their fielding seems fine, and I think they're down on errors this season, which is great. I just hope they make it through the first series of playoffs.

Hopefully the Rangers lock it up tonight and then with some rest through the end of the season and with more days off in the playoffs, this team will regain some crispness.

Yeah, but they've had a pretty rough time with pitching this year. They lost two starters before (?) the All-Star Break, including their most consistent arm of the last 3 years, and Holland missed significant time with that stomach bug. They've been patching up the rotation with guys like Perez, Dempster, Feldman, and Oswalt for most of the season. They'd been so lucky the last two years with injuries (or lack thereof), it was bound to happen sooner or later.
