sorry. he had been fighting the allegation of doping and decided he wasnt going to fight it any more. channel 33 just stated breaking news that he had been stripped of his titles and banned for life

Can you actually comprehend what you read? He hasn't been stripped of the titles yet, he is only dropping the case. That is what can happen IF USADA decides that.

Lance Armstrong decided that he doesn't want to fight the charges against him. It could result in his 7 titles being stripped and a lifetime ban.
