    Lance Armstrong decided that he doesn't want to fight the charges against him. It could result in his 7 titles being stripped and a lifetime ban.

    The International Cycling Union on Friday said it will wait for the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency to explain why it stripped Lance Armstrong of his unprecedented seven Tour de France titles before commenting on the case.

    Can you actually comprehend what you read? He hasn't been stripped of the titles yet, he is only dropping the case. That is what can happen IF USADA decides that.

    The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency erased 14 years of Lance Armstrong’s career Friday — including his record seven Tour de France titles — and banned him for life from the sport that made him a hero to millions of cancer survivors after concluding he used banned substances.
