I'm sure JF would join the O'bannon lawsuit, and you can bet A&M would see a lawsuit too.

Anyway, if the NCAA can't find the right proof. And, he isn't suspended by A&M. I hope he goes out and curb stomps every team he plays!! Then is drafted in the 1st round next spring. Just to piss people off.

You do realize the NCAA isn't a court of law, right? They have there own rules and can do whatever they please. They don't HAVE to have video or pictures of him taking the cash. If all those brokers come out and say they all paid Johnny to sign, that's all the NCAA needs. The real question is, will the brokers come out and say they paid him? One of them has, but I think the NCAA needs more than one.

Nothing will probably come of this in the end, but you, Johnny and all the other aggy faithful out there better hope like hell that broker doesn't sell that video he has.

And all of the other schools came out immediately and said their players did not do it, A&M has not. Plus A&M and JFF have different lawyers, may be the way the school is separating themselves from him in case he is found guilty.

CBSsports pulled those just today. Jay Bilas was tweeting non stop each big named player he could think of today telling everyone to search said player on that site. Something is up

Here is something to think about with all of this going on. The NCAA discontinued its license with EA Sports because of the NCAA was feared of being sued by profiting of players likenesses. Then Desmond Howard has come out and said he is considering joining the lawsuit because of the use of a picture of his Heisman pose. Until a few hours ago the NCAA store would allow you to search for a players name (Manziel, AJ MaCarron, etc.) and their jersey would pull up that you could purchase. It did not have the name on the jersey (Manziel's said Football on the back, Johnny Football is in the process of being trademarked) but the fact you could search for a specific player and the NCAA will add more fuel to the lawsuit.

Who knows what will come out of the lawsuit but I see the NCAA treading lightly on this one. Plus the fact that A&M and Manziel have already obtained high-end lawyers shows they will fight this.

and here's the Wright Thompson article I mentioned earlier. It's long but good

In ESPN The Magazine's College Football Preview, Wright Thompson writes about Johnny Manziel, the Heisman winner whose celebrity threatens to derails both his career and the Aggies' season.
