As soon as Romo checked out of the run plays (the two plays he threw the INT's on), Murray should've just taken his helmet off and chucked it in Romo's back and walked off the field. I would've laughed

I wonder what Romo was yelling at Garrett about after he walked off the field on a 3 pass and out series, or if that had anything to do with it.Originally posted by Lone Sailor View PostAlso, if you watched the post game interviews Garrett threw Romo under the bus about changing plays at the line from the called run plays to pass plays. Even the coach is calling a spade, a spade.

I don't know that Callahan said anything, but Red Jesus is the real OC. You quoted before I could find a link.Originally posted by CWO View PostYeah, I heard and read all about it. What did Callahan, the Offensive Coordinator say after the game?
I agree, they should have ran it more, that's my point.

What did Callahan, the Offensive Coordinator say after the game?Originally posted by juiceweezl View PostRed Jesus said they called run and Romo audibled out if I'm not mistaken. Your golden boy carries that burden as much as anyone. For all the grief Cowboys fans, media, and others have given Demarco Murray, he's done a great job running the football -- when they've given him the rock. He should have been flirting with 30 carries Sunday. It's that simple.

What did Callahan say after the game?Originally posted by Lone Sailor View PostWell, considering the quarterback is THE game manager when it comes to the offense I don't think you're really helping your argument much with that statement.

I agree, he is average. I also agree that he gets paid too much. Play calling lost that game WAAAAAAAY before those interceptions. Just like in a good portion of all the losses similar to this one.Originally posted by juiceweezl View PostNot all audibles, but he checks down a lot -- out of run and into pass. Bottom line is that he's mediocre/average at best and the Cowboys play calling sucks, so red Jesus shares that blame too. Romo is paid like a guy who should be winning those type games if I'm not mistaken.
Dallas 3rd quarter coaching: abandon the run and go into prevent defense. It's funny to watch as a sports fan and non-Cowboy fan.

Romo does the offensive play calling? I thought Garrett did... then I thought it was Callahan. My fault.

I will say that Romo is responsible for throwing all of the interceptions he threw, there's no debating that. What is debatable is why he is throwing in the first place.
