It is bullshit because Ware is the only guy on the team that I feel like has ever produced what he was supposed to. In the past two years he hasn't been as good as he was before but still I don't think the guy is ready to be out to pasture. I think he will go somewhere else and have a few more great years.

Getting some no name to fill his spot sounds like a good idea on paper. But you forget that we have the worst god damn GM in the league when it comes to spotting talent. Someone go ahead and list the failures, I don't feel like typing that much. When you consider the lack of talent they have when it comes to spotting talent I think getting rid of players that are even REMOTELY good is the worst thing they can do. Granted, Ware was a bit of a dumbass for not restructuring too but we don't know what he was offered.

I would argue that with the amount of talent in the draft at DE this year we can pick someone up cheap that should only improve. Ware was my favorite cowboy but this was a good time to make the move I think.
