    Figure a billion gain, long-term capital gains tax is 20% and he'd like have to pay the new 3.8% medicare tax, so roughly $238 million in tax give or take a few million.

    Who knows about tax shelters and maybe a 1031 exchange or something similiar into another business or some other crazy tax scheme to lower that tax bill substantially.
