I'll preface this with the fact that I also wish Don would switch to a milder set of irons(I love my A4s - still sexy forged feel with forgiveness), however all of you are really missing what would make the largest immediate impact on don's scorecard.......I mean an immediate impact of ~10-13 strokes in a matter of a single round........

I was only kidding. I loaned them to my dad for the time being. He finally gave upon his blades and decided to try the "shovels"

Yup...those I15s feel great. I thought about getting them before I got my Callaways.

LOL at you getting uptight...

The G15/I15s dont look like shovels. I would play them and wouldnt think anything of it.

Those clubs (the g's) hit like butter. I hit a set of pings when I still had my TM 320's
(sold em) and it was literally night and day difference for me. I ended up getting some nike sumos, which hit nice, but not like the pings. Pings will be my next set of clubs.

I was the same with the Callaway x18! Those things are cheater clubs...I was hitting the 8i 180yds. BUT, as Don says, those things are shovels.

I tried them out in the simulator at the PGA tour store and I was hitting those an extra 15-20 yards over all the other clubs I'd tried out. That's good enough for me.

I've been eyeballing the K15's myself, yeah they're listed more as a "super game improvement" but I figured since I don't get out an play consistently enough I'll take all the help I can get.
