I haven't paid too much attention to how the Rangers have been using him lately... Is he going practically every night?

He made need a break from the closer role for a week or so. Not loss of a position, just a break from pitching with the pressure on. I know it's tough to think about with Anaheim nipping on their heels, but there has to be some way to get him back to form.

Yeah, that was a nice 5 run 8th inning. Had we lost, we'd be back in a 1st place tie with the Angels. They're not going away.

Rangers pulled another one out of their ass tonight. They were down 6-3 going to the 7th and got 2 in the 7th, 1 in the 8th and one in the bottom of the 9th for the win...7-6! Damn, Rangers hitting has been clutch lately!

Oh, and mad props to the Rangers 'pen tonight. Ogando sucked and left after 2.2 innings. They bullpen pitched 6 and a third innings of shutout ball!

When Kinsler hit that two run HR it was great.

This thread is dead. The Rangers swept Oakland this weekend and the Angels have lost a few times and the Rangers lead is now back to 4 games!!
