Just the thought of BBQ sauce with venison makes me want to vomit. A little seasoning and pan fried to medium perfection is all that is necessary. Anything further than venison chicken fried should be a crime.

Bring it on, man! I dig spicy stuff. I do prefer a thick bbq sauce, and more sweet than vinegar. Kraft has some thick and spicy flavors that I like, but they really aren't very spicy. Some other really strong-flavored sauces have a lingering, unnatural aftertaste that turns me off.

Yeah, I don't like the North Carolina style sauce either, because I hate vinegar. That Kraft is just way too thick for me. I'll bring you a bottle of what I use.

That's disgusting. I don't mind a decent balsamic vinaigrette dressing. And I do use apple cider vinegar in my BBQ mop sauce. But I use very little.
