    LOL. We had two friends over last night and they had never seen my fiancée and I at work in the kitchen... the guests actually took a pic of it too

    Started by catching this yellowfin tuna





    Ended up using some last night. Sashimi w/ a soy, lime, sesame drizzle and a seared tuna steak salad w/ a homemade dressing (soy, lemon ginger, wasabi, vinegar, etc), and some edamame for good measure

    Baked. I do it just about the same... Pound it thin , roll with thick sliced ham and swiss, dust w/ flour, egg bath, roll in the mix, bake. Easy, delicious, and if people don't know better they'll think you actually put a lot of effort into it
