Those were the good shit for sure. After aging everyone loved my steaks, I didn't do anything either, just a little garlic butter, sea salt and crushed pepper...

I buy my primals from SAMs and chop them bitches up myself with my Steelheader. I wet age right the fucking end too.

No matter how many I try, they just never seem to stack up in comparison to what we were getting from Hines. :-(

BTW: Sams does carry PRIME cuts

So many people are uneducated, an a lot just don't care. Luckily, the local movement is opening people's eyes.

I don't buy any meat from Wal Mart/Sam's. I prefer to go to a butcher (David's). Lower grades are ok, but only if I'm making something with it other than steak. Steaks have to be prime or a really good choice cut.

There is a HUGE different between the two though.

Wal Mart and Sam's do not have the same meat distributor.
